Terms of Service

This is the agreement between you and SinaiFlow ("we", "us") for using the app. Creating an account means you accept it, so it's worth the two minutes it takes to read.
1. Your account
Give us accurate details and keep your login private. Whatever happens under your account is your responsibility, and you need to be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
2. Acceptable use
Don't use SinaiFlow to:
- Do anything illegal, fraudulent, or deliberately misleading.
- Send spam or harassment, or upload content that isn't yours to send.
- Reverse-engineer, break, or overload the service.
- Bill for goods or services that the law or our payment provider (Paystack) doesn't allow.
- Pass yourself off as another person or business.
3. Your content
Your business details, client data, quotes, invoices, receipts, and uploads stay yours. You're just giving us permission to store, process, and send that content where the app needs to — for example, delivering an invoice link to your client. Nothing beyond that.
4. Payments & subscriptions
Pro is billed up front and isn't refundable unless the law says otherwise. Your clients' payments run through Paystack under Paystack's own terms. We're not a bank and we never hold your money — it settles into the account you set up with Paystack.
5. Availability
We work hard to keep SinaiFlow up and dependable, but it's provided "as is" with no warranties of any kind, express or implied. We can't promise it will never go down, never have a bug, or never be attacked.
6. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, SinaiFlow and its team aren't liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profit, revenue, data, or goodwill. If you do have a claim about the service, the most we can owe you in total is what you paid us in the twelve months before it.
7. Termination
You can walk away and delete your account whenever you want. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms, abuse the service, or put us at legal risk. Once an account ends, so does the right to use SinaiFlow, and we may delete the data as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may change as the product does. If a change actually affects you, we'll tell you before it takes effect.
