When do I get paid?

Next business day after your client pays (Paystack's standard settlement schedule). Payments made Friday–Sunday arrive the following Monday.

What fees do I pay?

Free plan: SinaiFlow takes 1.5% per payment. Pro plan: 0% SinaiFlow fee — your client covers the small payment processing fee at checkout, so you receive exactly what you invoice.

Why did my client pay slightly more than the invoice total?

Accepted Answer

That's the processing fee your client covers automatically on Pro — so you still receive 100% of your invoice amount.

Can I get paid in USD or other currencies?

Accepted Answer

Not yet — Pro billing is currently Naira (NGN) only. Multi-currency Pro payouts are on the roadmap. (Note: quotes and invoices themselves already support multiple currencies — this limitation is specifically about the Pro subscription payment.)

My client sent slightly more than the invoice by bank transfer — what happens to the extra?

It's not automatically refunded. Reach out to your client directly to arrange returning the difference.

Question 6

I haven't set up a payout account yet — can I still get paid?

Accepted Answer

You'll need to add and verify a payout account in Settings → Banking first (a one-time Paystack verification step) before card or bank payments can reach you.

Question 7

Does my client need an account to view or pay?

Accepted Answer

No. They get a secure link, can view the quote or invoice, e-sign it (optional, for their records), and pay — no signup required on their end.

Question 8

What happens after a client transfers money manually?

Accepted Answer

It's not automatic like a card payment — you'll need to mark the invoice as paid yourself once you confirm the funds landed in your account.

Question 9

Can I duplicate a quote or invoice?

Accepted Answer

Yes — use the “⋯” menu on any quote or invoice. Duplicating copies everything, including the original currency.

Question 10

What happens if I don't renew Pro?

Accepted Answer

Pro features end immediately — there's no grace period. Any recurring invoice schedules pause automatically and resume the moment you're back on Pro.

Question 11

Is there a refund system for client payments?

Accepted Answer

Not built into SinaiFlow yet — refunds currently have to be handled manually through Paystack's dashboard.

Question 12

Is SinaiFlow compliant with Nigeria's FIRS e-invoicing requirements?

Accepted Answer

Not yet, but it's on the way — we're actively working toward this as FIRS rolls out its e-invoicing mandate.
